My one daughter and I split the shun roll, all 3 of us got the tonkotsu, we also ordered a piece of mango crepe cake, chocolate crepe cake and a milk tea. The atmosphere is nothing to boast about, but that didn't matter to me at all because I'm just there for the food! Service was a bit slow but everyone was super friendly. We arrived here because one of our favorite ramen places always has a line out the door. This place was further from home but worth it and we will be back!
Phenomenal food here! The dishes were amazing in flavor and quality of ingredients. My wife and I have been on the hunt for good ramen and we drove 40min to try this place and both of us agreed we would drive an hour happily to eat here. Only thing that we would recommend is maybe 1-2 additional wait staff during the dinner rush as we did have to wait a while to place an order. Aside from that 5 stars all around!
The ramen is made with fresh ingredients, the noodles are pleasantly chewy, and the broth is rich yet not heavy. The mango pudding and mango cake were unexpectedly excellent.
